Real support, honest conversations, and practical tools for meaningful change.

Clinical bio

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate serving children, adolescents, and adults throughout North Carolina through virtual therapy and in-person services in the Charlotte and Indian Trail area. I bring my authentic self into the therapy room and believe clients should not have to filter, mask, or perform to feel accepted. As a neurodivergent clinician who also lives with chronic illness, I understand how exhausting it can be to navigate environments that do not always recognize your needs, experiences, or strengths. I use that perspective to offer therapy that is compassionate, practical, flexible, and grounded in genuine connection. My approach is warm, relational, affirming, and direct. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, trauma, perfectionism, body-image concerns, chronic illness, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I especially enjoy working with clients who feel misunderstood, overwhelmed, different, or tired of traditional therapy that feels overly clinical or disconnected from real life. Therapy with me is collaborative and honest. I integrate evidence-based approaches with creativity, humor, practical coping tools, and meaningful conversation to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, honor their needs, and create sustainable change.
