Jenna is an LCMHC and LPC (NC and SC) and the owner of Elevate Counseling & Wellness, a telehealth practice. She specializes in trauma, CPTSD, and secondary traumatic stress, especially for helpers, caregivers, and first responders, and she's neurodivergent-affirming, with many autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD adult clients. She uses EMDR alongside psychodynamic and person-centered approaches, and she explains what she's doing and why. Spiritual and faith-integrated work is available when clients want it. It's never assumed, and clients of any belief or none are welcome. Clients who'd rather talk about fae and dragons than small talk tend to feel right at home.
