Clinical bio

Hi, I’m Pashyon, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of The Uninterrupted Life Collective, a trauma-informed therapy practice for women who have become exceptionally good at carrying too much. Maybe you’re functioning, showing up, caring for everyone, and doing everything you’re “supposed” to do, but somewhere along the way, you lost touch with yourself. Anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, identity shifts, and the constant weight of being the one others depend on can leave very little room to simply be. I believe your life is more than what you accomplish, what you survive, or how well you hold it all together. Therapy can be a space to slow down, understand your story and patterns, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside. My approach is collaborative, relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based and body-based practices. Together, we’ll create space to recover, not simply so you can feel better, but so you can reconnect with yourself and experience a life that actually feels like yours. You don’t have to keep living on autopilot. There is room for more.
