Creating an emotionally safe, identity-affirming space to heal from anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges.

Clinical bio

When you have spent much of your life adapting to survive, starting therapy can feel overwhelming. I believe healing begins in spaces where people feel emotionally safe, understood, and genuinely accepted. I specialize in working with adults (18+) healing from PTSD, complex trauma, and attachment wounds, helping them better understand how past experiences continue to shape their emotions, relationships, nervous system responses, and sense of self. I am especially passionate about supporting the LGBTQIA2S+ community, healthcare workers, survivors of trauma and relational violence, veterans, and military families. My approach to therapy is both trauma-informed and trauma-focused, integrating EMDR, parts work, DBT, and somatic approaches for deeper healing and recovery. I believe growth involves learning to create healthy boundaries, regulate the nervous system, increase self-awareness, reconnect with values, and move toward greater empowerment and self-trust. This approach creates a therapeutic space that supports lasting change, not by “fixing” who you are, but by helping you better understand and connect with yourself.
