I work with women and couples who want steadier emotions, clearer communication, and more connected relationships. I specialize in relationship-focused therapy, including premarital and couples counseling, and support individuals who struggle with anxiety, self-criticism, and decision fatigue during periods of change as well as stress. For couples and premarital counseling, I use evidence-based approaches including the Gottman Method and Prepare/Enrich to strengthen communication, emotional safety, and intimacy.
