My office has a nice sized group room (10x17). Includes: TV, 7 Seats, (I still need to get some tables in.....but those will be added prior to a first group), printer, camera for hybrid groups. There's a waiting area, plenty of parking and may be able to offer a private space Pre/Post group for the clinician depending on time. Access to mini fridge, kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, coffee maker and water dispenser. $175/month for a once weekly group $175 to use it for the day My goal is mainly to get the room some use (other than as a break room for me and my clients).
