I created Verdant to offer a different path to healing outside the standard 50-minute session. While of course I see individuals weekly, I save a large portion of my schedule for couples work, group therapy, workshops and extended therapy intensives. My goal in all of my work is to increase connectedness, confidence, clarity and choice. I am IFS Level 1 and pursuing certification, IFIO Informed, EMDR Trained and utilize strategies/techniques such as Sandtray, Brainspotting, and Somatic Experiencing.
