Hi! I'm Kelsey (she/her). I am an ever learning and ever growing therapist who believes that al parts of us are just trying to help, even if their strategies (being critical, shaming, dissociating on socials) are less than helpful. I prioritize non judgement and authenticity. Feedback from clients I most often get is that they appreciate how I'm human in the room. I share my experience with IFS and parts work in my own life to help provide examples of how my clients can incorporate in theirs. Parts work and deeper processing is a huge paradigm shift and my goal is to make it easier for clients to see that they have more than just traditional coping strategies to change their life. When I'm not seeing clients, I'm being goofy with my two little ones, going one-on-one in intense pinball tournaments with my husband, and hanging out with my parents who recently moved down the street.
