Are you a woman who feels anxious, depressed, or stuck in a difficult season of life? Have you lost your sense of self, or feel paralyzed by shame? Life can be difficult, but it doesn't have to stay that way. Whether you're a woman navigating anxiety or a difficult season of life; a mom struggling in silence through pregnancy or the postpartum stage; or just beginning your career and trying to "adult" - you deserve support! Together, we'll uncover what's going on beneath the surface and get you to a place where you can feel confidence again. I'll help you identify potential triggers contributing to your distress, teach you coping skills to manage symptoms, and help you feel strengthened to take back control of your thoughts, feelings, and emotions. While faith is not a requirement to work with me, I have found that many of my clients are in need of a safe space where they can openly express their Christian values. Upon request, I'm honored to incorporate faith into sessions to further support women in the mental health journeys.
