Clinical bio
You might be here because you close to burnout or have lost hope. Maybe your days have been shaped by anxiety, old wounds that won’t heal, or the quiet ache of wondering if you’re enough. Perhaps you’re carrying the aftermath of a narcissistic relationship, spiritual trauma, or the deep exhaustion of doing everything on your own. Whatever brought you here, I want you to know you are not on this journey alone. At Restore Hope Counseling I offer individual and group therapy for adults in Charlotte, Matthews, Mint Hill, Indian Trail, and nearby communities. I specialize in supporting survivors of narcissistic trauma and emotional trauma, men working through identity and relationship challenges, sexual addictions, infidelity and leaders. Including pastors and ministry families seeking healthier ways of living and leading. This is not surface level comfort, instead it’s focused, compassionate counseling designed to help you heal, regain strength, and move forward at a pace that feels safe and collaborative.
