Clinical bio
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of where life is headed, you’re not alone. Whether you’re navigating anxious thoughts, heavy emotions, or just feeling disconnected, therapy can be a space to slow down and begin making sense of it all. My approach centers on creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore at your own pace. Together, we’ll build trust, identify what matters most to you, and take small steps toward a more grounded, meaningful, and authentic life. I believe growth begins when we stop avoiding and start turning inward - with compassion and curiosity. The therapy journey can be uncomfortable at times, but I’ve seen (and felt!) the transformation that can come from doing this work. It can shift how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us. If you’re ready - or just thinking about getting started - I’d be honored to walk alongside you!
