Seeking support takes courage, and finding a therapist who feels like the right fit can make all the difference. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel safe exploring and challenging these thoughts, building resilience, and creating meaningful change. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults ages 16 and older who are experiencing anxiety, OCD, life transitions, or related concerns. Drawing from evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), person-centered therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions, I work alongside clients to foster lasting change. Growth isn’t always comfortable, and it can be daunting to navigate alone. Together, we can work toward helping you feel more connected, empowered, and confident in your ability to navigate life's challenges.
